Zelebrae Pastries: Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Zelebrae Pastries, we want your treats to arrive as fresh as they were when they left our oven. Please review our shipping and local delivery guidelines below.
1. Local Delivery (Within Kozhikode)

1. Local Delivery (Within Kozhikode and Surrounding Areas)
We offer local delivery for addresses within Kozhikode and surrounding areas.
Delivery Hours: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
Delivery Charges:
- Bike Delivery: ₹40 for up to 3 km, + ₹15 for each additional km
- Car Delivery: ₹100 for up to 3 km, + ₹30 for each additional km
Hand-off Requirement: Because our pastries are perishable, someone must be present to receive the delivery. If no one is available, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you, the order will be returned to the shop for pickup, and the delivery fee will not be refunded.
2. Nationwide Shipping
For customers outside our local delivery zone, we ship select items (such as cookies, brownies, and dry cakes) that can withstand transit.

Shipping Days: To avoid packages sitting in a warehouse over the weekend, we only ship Monday through Wednesday.

Carrier: All deliveries are handled in-house by our own delivery team. We do not use third-party courier services.

Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for us to bake and pack your order before it ships.
3. Packaging & Freshness

All shipped items are vacuum-sealed or heat-sealed to maintain moisture.

During warmer months, temperature-sensitive items are shipped with insulated liners and cold packs.

Zelebrae Pastries is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. We recommend tracking your package closely so it is not left outdoors in the heat.
5. Damaged or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or significantly delayed, please:

Take a photo of the packaging and the product.

Contact us at info@zelebrae.com within 24 hours of delivery.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.
