Zelebrae Pastries: Return & Refund Policy

At Zelebrae Pastries, we take immense pride in the quality of our handcrafted treats. Because our products are perishable and made to order, we have established the following guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Standard Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund.

  • Custom/Large Orders: For custom cakes or catering, we require at least 72 hours notice. Deposits for custom work may be non-refundable if specialized ingredients or decorations have already been prepared.

2. Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept physical returns. However, we want you to love your experience.

  • Quality Issues: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your pastry (e.g., it is burnt or underbaked), please contact us within 4 hours of receipt. We may offer a replacement or a store credit.

  • Incorrect Orders: If we accidentally gave you the wrong item, let us know immediately! We will swap it out for the correct item or issue a refund for the price difference.

  • Damaged Goods: If your order is damaged during delivery (via our in-house team), please take a photo and contact us immediately for a resolution.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for the following:

  • Items that were not picked up at the scheduled time.

  • Damage caused by improper handling or storage after the product leaves our shop (e.g., leaving a cream cake in a hot car).

  • Minor aesthetic variations; since our pastries are handmade, slight differences in appearance are natural.
